These terms describe the services Pawsitive Pet Careprovides and the basis on which they’re offered. By booking, you agree to them.
What we do
Pawsitive Pet Care provides in-home pet sitting and animal-husbandry support — walks, drop-in visits, overnight sitting, feeding, basic grooming, and medication support for a wide range of animals.
Not veterinary care
Pawsitive Pet Care is not a veterinary practice and does not diagnose, treat or provide veterinary care. Medications are administered only as prescribed and directed by your own veterinarian. In a medical emergency, we will contact you and, if needed, your veterinarian or an emergency clinic.
Meet & Greet first
A free Meet & Greet is required before your first booking so we can learn your animals’ routines and agree on a care plan. Rates are set per pet at that visit.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information about your animals — including health conditions, medications and behavior — along with everything needed to care for them (food, supplies, access, and your veterinarian’s details).
Payment & cancellation
Payment methods, deposits, cancellation windows and holiday rates are confirmed at your Meet & Greet. (Full policy to be finalized.)
